How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time, but if you want to make a change for the same week, you’ll need to do it before your order deadline. While logged in, go to Your Current Orders page, click on “Permanently remove all items from your order”, this then takes you to a new page where you select “I would like to leave the box scheme”. You are then asked to provide comments about why you are cancelling. You can also choose from other options including “I want to empty my basket and start afresh with a new basket” and “I am going on holiday and need to suspend my deliveries for a while.”
